In this pivotal Global Mobility Tax Managerposition, you'll deliver specialised cross-border taxation guidance, craft expert documentation, and participate in consultations with prospective and existing clientele. You'll also mentor junior colleagues who provide day-to-day support for international assignees across various industries and backgrounds. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support senior leadership in operational excellence and business development
Prepare specialized technical consultations and recommendations
Handle bespoke advisory projects and compliance assignments
Serve as primary client liaison for assigned portfolios
Address complex challenges related to international workforce mobility and social insurance implications
Supervise UK tax filing operations for expatriate clients
Provide constructive feedback and participate in team member evaluations
Foster professional growth among team members
Generate high-quality written materials and guidance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
ATT/CTA qualification (or equivalent professional certification with relevant practical experience)
Comprehensive understanding of expatriate taxation and social insurance frameworks
Confident interaction with tax authorities on sophisticated matters
Experience delivering guidance in challenging or contested situations
Proficiency with Self-Assessment processes and computational analysis
Knowledge of specialist payroll systems and regulatory agreements
Experience drafting comprehensive reports and providing tailored consultations
Previous leadership experience including quality control oversight
Expertise in planning for internationally mobile personnel
Experience handling inquiries across direct taxation, including negotiating settlements
Knowledge of international equity compensation arrangements (desirable)
